摘要
本文在分析了西方发达国家全球矿产资源战略的基础上 ,紧密结合中国对外矿产资源勘查与开发的实际 ,对我国对外矿业投资的地位、时间、区域、投资方式及投资主体等进行了多元化的战略定位。
On the basis of analyzing global mineral resources strategy about Western developed countries,the essay gives out pluralistic strategic position of outward mining investment in China under the situation of China,such as status,time,region,manner of investment and main body of investment.
