摘要
本文利用"责任铁律"原则、责任层次理论、外部性理论以及利益相关者理论等,紧紧围绕矿业企业社会责任是什么(what)、矿业企业为什么要履行社会责任(why),以及应履行哪些社会责任(which),对矿业企业社会责任的基本内涵、责任层次和责任边界等问题进行探讨,并结合我国矿业企业社会责任的理论研究现状,对矿业企业社会责任若干理论问题进行了探索和总结。
This paper using the principle of the ＇iron law of responsibility＇,and the theories of the responsibility level,the externality and the stakeholder,closely around what is the mining corporate social responsibility（What）,why the mining corporates should fulfill their social responsibilities（Why） and which social responsibilities the mining corporates must fulfill（Which）,the paper discussed the basic content,the level and the border of the mining CSR.This paper summarized a number of theoretical issuses on the Mining CSR,combining with the theoretical research of the mining CSR.
