摘要
目的 :探讨血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、肝细胞生长因子 /扩散因子 (HGF/SF)、转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)与下肢动脉硬化闭塞症 (ASO)之间的关系。方法 :检测 6 0例ASO患者外周血中VEGF ,HGF/SF ,TGF β1等指标 ,同时应用血管扫描测量患肢的踝肱指数 (ABI)和动脉闭塞程度。 6~ 12月后随访 ,复查各项指标。结果 :ASO组血清HGF/SF显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,与病情严重程度一致 (间歇性跛行组 >静息痛 >坏疽组 ) ;TGF β1升高(P <0 .0 1) ,HGF/SF与TGF β1负相关 (P <0 .0 1,r =- 0 .6 6 12 ) ;VEGF升高 ,但无统计学意义。ASO伴糖尿病患者的HGF/SF显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。随访表明 ,低HGF/SF者预后不良。结论 :VEGF ,HGF/SF ,TGF β1参与了ASO的发生发展 ,HGF/SF可能是判断ASO病期。
Objective: Our aim was to investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), hepatocyte growth factor/scatter factor (HGF/SF), transforming growth factor β 1(TGF β 1) and arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO). Methods: We determined VEGF, HGF/SF, TGF β 1, and ankle brachial index (ABI) in 60 patients with ASO and 30 healthy controls. Results: The HGF/SF were significantly lower in patients with ASO than that in healthy controls (P<0.01) and the level significantly decreased with the severity increased, however, the changes of TGF β 1 and VEGF were on the contrary. There was a powerful negative correlation between HGF/SF and TGF β 1 (P<0.01). Patients with ASO and diabetes had lower HGF/SF and ABI but higher TGF β 1. The follow up study showed bad prognosis in patients with lower HGF/SF. Conclusion: The HGF/SF, VEGF, and TGF β 1 might play an important role in the pathogenesis of ASO, and can be a good reference for judging the severity and early diagnosis of ASO.
