BMP-7 mRNA在大鼠缺血/再灌注心肌和脑中表达的变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :观察骨形态构建蛋白 (BMP) 7mRNA在大鼠心肌和脑缺血 /再灌注中表达的改变。方法 :Wistar大鼠 32只 ,随机分成 4组。各组大鼠经过不同处理 ,处死后心肌、脑组织标本放入液氮中保存并行RT PCR检测BMP 7mRNA表达的改变。结果 :心肌对照组BMP 7mRNA表达丰度为 1.14± 0 .0 8;心肌缺血 /再灌注组有明显降低(丰度为 0 .90± 0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,脑缺血 /再灌注组的BMP 7mRNA表达 (丰度 1.0 4± 0 .0 5 )与脑对照组 ( 1.17± 0 .0 9)相比明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :心肌和脑缺血 /再灌注损伤使BMP 7mRNA表达明显减弱 ,提示BMP 7基因mRNA表达与机体缺血 Objective: Our aim was to observe changes of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) 7 mRNA expression in cardiac and cerebral ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) in rats. Methods:Rats 32 were divided into 4 groups randomly (8 in each). Rats in different groups were killed after receiving different treatments. Expression of BMP 7 mRNA was measured with RT PCR in cardiac and cerebral tissues of rats. Results:The expression of BMP 7 mRNA in cardiac control group was 1.14±0.08, while remarkably decreased to 0.90±0.05 in cardiac I/R group (P<0.05). In cerebral I/R group, the expression of BMP 7 mRNA was 1.04±0.05, which was significantly lower than that in control group (1.17±0.09,P<0.05). Conclusion:Cardiac and cerebral I/R might lead to the decrease of BMP 7 mRNA expression, which implied that BMP 7 gene was closely related to the injuries caused by I/R
