老年大鼠脑出血后BMP-7 mRNA表达的动态变化 被引量：1

摘要 目的初步了解骨形成蛋白(BMP)-7对老年脑出血后神经修复的作用及其可能机制。方法制作老年大鼠自体血脑出血模型(ICH),设正常对照组、模型组和假手术组,用RT-PCR法分别观察BMP-7 mRNA在脑出血后1、7、14、28d脑内的动态表达。结果模型组脑出血1d时BMP-7 mRNA表达降低(P<0.05),7d以后持续增高,一直到28d仍高于正常对照(P<0.05)。结论老年期ICH后不同时间BMP-7mRNA的表达变化可能有助于神经修复。
