摘要
信息时代高校图书馆在自动化、网络化条件下,参考咨询服务改变了单一的传统模式,而FAQ咨询、电子邮件咨询、实时咨询、专家咨询、合作咨询等数字化咨询模式正逐渐进入现代参考咨询工作中。
This paper expounds that under the influence of networking automation and the reference service mode of the unitary tradition has been changed in colleges and universities,and the network inquiries by FAQ,e-mail,real-time reference,ask-an-expert,cooperative consultation etc.are adopted in the modern reference service.
