摘要
复合图书馆是传统图书馆与数字图书馆的有机结合,是网络环境下图书馆发展的一种新模式。参考咨询工作是复合图书馆工作的重要组成部分。只有提高从业人员的综合素质;加强馆藏文献信息资源建设;实现馆际协作与资源共享,才能把参考咨询工作提高到新水平。
Complex libraries are a combination of traditional libraries and digital libraries and a new mode of the development of libraries in the setting of network. Reference and consultative work is a significant part of the work in complex libraries and can be improved to a new level by upgrading the comprehensive qualities of the staff, by strengthening the bibliography information resource in the library, and by realizing inter-library cooperation and the share of resources.
