摘要
叙述快速评定电气绝缘浸渍漆和漆布热老化性能试验方法-热重点斜法(TPS)的原理和试验程序,分析了热重分析试验的试验条件与试样处理、恒温下的物理性能老化试验方法以及功能性活化能E的推导等TPS方法的基础,同时,列举了大量的CA与TPS的对比数据,表明TPS是一个成功的快速老化方法。
This paper describes the principle and test procedures of thermogravimetric point slope (TPS) method of rapid thermal endurance test for electrical insulating materials, and test conditions and specimen treatments of TG tests, physical property exposure tests at a constant temperature ,as well as the derivation of functional activation energy E. At the same time, this paper also lists a lot of comparison data of TPS with CA, to show that TPS is a successful rapid aging method.
