摘要
本文主要介绍了低相对分子质量聚乙烯的制备及来源 ,探讨了氧化反应过程机理 ,研究了催化剂类型和用量、氧化剂量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对氧化反应的影响。实验结果表明 :一种复合的过渡元素的羧酸盐是较理想的催化剂 ,用量为聚乙烯蜡质量的0.8 % ,增加氧化剂通入量能明显提高氧化反应速度 ,反应温度在140~160℃为宜。
In this paper, manufcture and source of the low molecular polyethylene are introduced.The effect of the type and adding amount of the catalyst, the flow amount of the oxidized agent, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the oxidized reaction were studied. The results show that the complex which is the carboxylate of the transition elements is an ideal catalyst of the oxidized reaction, and the adding amount of it is 0.8% of polyethylene wax, and the increase is the oxidized aeent can increase the speed of the reaction. The reation temperature is better to be controlled at 140-160OC. The reaction time is better to be controlled 3-6h. The application of the oxidized polyethylene wax was alsodiscussed.
