摘要
导体直流电阻是评价电缆产品质量优劣的重要性能指标。受检测设备类型、试样处理情况、环境温度、试验种类及方法等因素的影响,在电缆导体直流电阻检测试验过程中会产生误差。通过对以上各因素进行分析,提出了做好检测设备的维护、选择准确度高的检测设备、试样要处理合格、控制好环境温度等有针对性的措施,以降低检测中的操作误差,提高检测结果的准确度。
Direct-current resistance of conductor is an important performance index to evaluate the quality of cable products. Be impacted by the type of testing equipment, sample processing, environmental temperature, test types and methods and other factors, the cable conductor DC resistance testing process will produce error. The paper analysed the specific reasons of cable conductor DC resistance testing error, and in the meanwhile put forward corresponding measures to deal with the problems and improve the accuracy of testing results.
