摘要
我国高等教育自 1999年以来连续几年的大幅度扩招 ,使我国高等教育进入了超常规跳跃式发展的新时期 ,大大加速了我国高等教育大众化的进程。这一举措是我国高等教育从“精英教育”向“大众教育”转变的历史必然 ,它顺应了知识经济社会发展的要求 ,也适应了我国社会主义经济建设的需求。
Our national higher education enlarges enrollment in a series of years since 1999.It makes the national higher education come into a new period at an extraordinarily developmental speed.It extremely speeds up the process of the mass higher education of our country.This move is a historical tendency of the inversion from'essence education' to 'mass higher education'.It conforms to the requirement of intellectual economy and the socialist economic construction.
