摘要
通过对高校扩招的历史渊源和扩招现实状况的分析,认为扩招为我国经济发展提供了更多的人才资源,有利于提高国民整体素质和就业人员的文化水平,有利于扩大内需、减少资金外流,有利于弥补高校资金短缺,推动高等教育发展。但是,扩招后新生质量有所下降,教育资源配置滞后,专业设置不尽合理,毕业生就业难度大。为此,提出应该采取增加投入、改善条件,调整专业、适度扩招,提高高校管理水平,加强师资队伍建设,完善质量监控体系等提高教育质量的对策,以实现高等教育规模与质量全面、协调、可持续发展。
This paper analyzes the history and situation for enlarging the scale of college students, and it points out that enlarging the scale of recruiting students can help to enhance the quality of Chinese people, supply more talents and resolve many other problems. However, enlarging the scale of recruiting students may cause the decline of quality for college students, the unreasonable setting of specialty and the difficulty for graduates to find job, etc. Based on the analysis, this paper proposes that we should increase fund on higher education, improve the condition of education, and adjust setting of specialty.
