摘要
通过对电真空陶瓷管壳在金属化过程中表面产生变色现象的探讨 。
Discolouration of the ceramic vacumm envelope , which is produced by the method of ceramic metallization is analyzed . The results make it clear tha t Mo ions are oxidized , when ceramic are obtained by high temperature si ntering process.
