摘要
介绍了一种利用PCL818数据采集卡进行 16通道同步整周期采样的实现方案。采用 6 8HC12微控制器进行转速、相位的测量以及同步整周期采样触发信号的生成 ,系统实现了转速的非线性预测。探讨了两次采样循环之间的衔接、提高转速测量分辨率、键相位信号的隔离和预处理等问题的解决方案。该方案在异步电机拖动轴流风机的系统中实验表明 ,振动数据采集结果正常 ,各个周期同步良好。
An implementation strategy of 16-channel synchronous integrated period sampling by using PCL818 data acquisition module is introduced.The measurement of rotating speed and phase,and generation of synchronous integrated period sampling trigger signal are accomplished with 68HC12 micro controller.Non-linear prediction of rotating speed is implemented by the system.The solution for linking twice sampling cycles,enhancing resolution of measurement of rotating speed,isolating and processing keying phase signal,are investigated.The experiment of this strategy in asynchronous motor driving system of axial fan offers normal data acquisition for vibration and well synchronous of each period.
