摘要
本文应用振动冲击、信号处理理论、振声诊断技术和微电子技术,完成了发动机活塞-气缸套磨损状态的理论计算,并在多种型号的柴油机上进行了试验验证,结果表明,可以通过理论计算得出活塞-气缸套磨损状态的判据,并利用这些判据研制出适用多种机型的DCM—Ⅰ型气缸套在线诊断仪。
The paper completes the theoretic calculation of the wearing states of piston-cylinder sleeves in engines by using the viberation theory, signal processing theory and sound viberation and microelectronics techniques. The test results show that it is feasible to get the criteria of the wearing states of piston-cylinder sleeves in engines. The authors work out an on line piston-cylinder sleeve diagnostic instrument(DCM—Ⅰ model)by using these criteria. This instrument is suitable for different engines.
