摘要
观察了不同添加剂对布尔山羊精液品质的影响。将16只公羊随机分为4组,每组4只,单圈饲养,自由采食粗饲料。第1、2、3组配合饲料中分别添加中草药制剂(30g/日)、二氢吡啶(50mg/日)、复方二氢吡啶(50mg)中草药(30g)制剂,对照组配合饲料中无添加剂。8周后,第1组和第3组布尔山羊公羊的射精量和精子活力均有显著提高,畸形精子比率明显下降,但仅添加二氢吡啶的第2组公羊精液品质没有改进。由此可见,中草药制剂对布尔山羊公羊精液品质的改进起到重要作用。
Each group of four goats was randomly allocated to one of the four treatments to investigate the effect of different additive on semen quality of Boer goats. The roughages were offered ad libitum daily to goats in single pen. The formula feeds added with medicinal herbs(30 g/d),dilludines(50 mg/d) and compound of dilludines(30 g) and medicinal herbs(50 mg) were offered to the group 1,2, 3, separately, and the fourth group was not offered any additive(control). After eight weeks, the ejaculate volume and sperm vitality were increased and the rate of deformity sperm was reduced significantly(P<0.01) in group 1, 3, but there was not changed in group 2. Thus it can be seen that medicinal herbs are of important role to improvement of semen quality of Boer goats.
