摘要
以二氢吡啶(每日每头50mg)和VE(每日每头15mg)以及二者联合使用喂布尔山羊种公羊,观察布尔山羊精液品质的变化情况,结果表明,单纯二氢吡啶或二氢吡啶与VE显著提高公羊射精量和精子活力(P<0.01=,显著降低精子畸形率(P<0.01=;单纯饲用VE 对公羊精液品质明显(P>0.05)。
Sixteen Boer bucks were randomly divided into four groups in equal number and treated for the ration containing dilludine (50mg穌-1穐-1),VE(15mg穌-1穐-1)and mixture of dilludine and VE,to evaluate their effect on semen vitality from the Boer bucks.The results showed that dilludine and mixture of dilludine and VEsignificantly promoted the semen vitality of those bucks.
