摘要
１２日龄粤黄鸡２９０只，分为５组按日粮量依次分别添加０、２％淫羊藿、１３３％淫羊藿＋０６７％补骨脂、０６７％淫羊藿＋１３３％补骨脂和２％补骨脂，试验期为７０ｄ。结果表明：（１）８３日龄时，添加淫羊藿、补骨脂提取物可使雄鸡睾酮（Ｔ）浓度及雌鸡雌二醇（Ｅ２）浓度升高，其中２％淫羊藿可使雌鸡Ｅ２浓度显著升高（Ｐ＜００５）。（２）８３日龄时，添加２％补骨脂可使雄鸡血浆促卵泡素（ＦＳＨ）浓度显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜００５），添加０６７％、１３３％、２％的补骨脂可使雌鸡血浆ＦＳＨ浓度显著升高（Ｐ＜００５）。上述结果表明：这两种中药提取物能促进鸡生殖激素的分泌。
wo hundred and ninety pieces of 12-day-old yuehuang chickens were randomly divided into five groups and added at doses of 0,2% Epimediam brevicornum Maxim,1.33% Epimedial brevicornum Maxim+0.67% psorales corylifolial, 067% Epimedial brevicormun Maxim+1.33% psorales corylifolial and 2% psorales corylifolial in the diets respectively. In the 70-day trial, the results showed that: (1) The levels of plasma T of males and E2 of females were improved by two extracts, and E2 of females were improved by 2% epimedial. (2) Plasma FSH of males fed 067%～2% psoralea corylifolial were higher than controls (P<005). The differences of plasma FSH between fomales fed 133%～2% psoralea corylifolial and controls were significant (P<005) The results suggest that Eppimediam brevicornum Maxim, psorales corylifolial extracts have promoting effect reproductive hormone secretive of chicks.
