摘要
综述了近年来对大蒜的功效及综合利用方面的研究进展。大蒜含有大蒜辣素、超氧化物歧化酶等多种具有生物活性的物质,使得大蒜具有消炎、抗癌、增强免疫、延缓衰老、治疗心血管疾病等多种功效。大蒜是人们生活中不可缺少的一种调味品,因其广泛的营养和医用价值,已经被应用于食品、医药、农业等较多领域,有着良好的开发前景。
This paper reviewed research advance of the efficacy and integrate utilization of garlic. Garlic has many active matters such as A llicin and SOD, so it has the virtue of diminishing inflammation, resisting cancer, improving immunity, delaying caducity, curing blood vessel ailment and so on. What's more, garlic is a necessary condiment for our daily life. Because of the broad alimentation and medicine value, garlic has being used in grocery, medicine and agriculture domains, and has favorable exploitation foreground.
