摘要
新疆野生蔬菜资源丰富,常见的有33科63种。通过对新疆野菜资源的分布环境、营养成分、药用功能及利用现状进行调查分析,弄清了新疆野生蔬菜的资源特点、加工方法及栽培情况,指出了新疆野生蔬菜开发利用中存在的问题,提出了综合开发利用的途径,以便新疆野生蔬菜资源持续利用。
The resources of wild vegetables in Xinjiang were incompletely, counted up 33 families 63 species. The vegetation environment, the nutrition ingredient, the medicinal function were searched and analyzed. The resources trait, the processing ways and the cultivated situation in thd wild vegetables were described and discussed. At present only a little part of wild vegetable resources has been utilized. The problems among the exploiation and utilization of wild vegetables were pointed out and a series of reasonable suggestions were put forward making use of the wild vegetable resources in Xinjiang perpetually.
