摘要
当前,新建扩建的啤酒厂大多采用大型露天发酵罐的生产方式,本文结合国内生产厂对中等适度水平的自控要求,成套设计了啤酒厂主发本酵生产过程中的过程检测控制系统。该自控系统的应用能提高酿造效率,确保啤酒质量,节约能源。
At present, big outdoor fermentation tanks are widely used in new and extended breweries. Considering the needs of mid -level automatic control in domestic production, This artiele presents a set of detecting and controlling system applied to the main brewing process. The applicaton of this system can raise the brewing efficiency guarantee the quality of beer and save the power.
