介绍一个已成功应用的啤酒发酵过程控制系统.具体介绍了该系统涉及的对象特性、发酵温度的测量与控制,以及软硬件配置等.由于采用了集成电路温度传感器和多模态优化采样控制,取得了很好的控制精度、稳定性和可靠性.
A well-proven process control system used in beer fermentation is introduced. The characteristics of the object and the measurement and control of the temperature of fermentation as well as the hardware and software configuration are described concretely. Because IC temperature sensor and multiple mode optimised scanning control have been adopted in the system excellent control accuracy, stability and reliability are obtained.
