摘要
生态经济学力求将生态因素纳入经济学的分析框架中来 ,研究生态因素与经济因素现象的关系 ,寻求经济活动与生态变化的良性平衡及经济的可持续发展。分析了生态学、经济学、生态经济学的基本概念和原理 ,研究了生态经济系统的失衡表现 ,根据《全国生态环境建设规划》之要求 ,提出了防治生态环境恶化之措施。
By bringing the ecological factor into analysis frame of economics, ecological economics studies the relation of ecological factor and the economic factor, to seek benign balance between economic activity and ecological change and also the economic sustainable development. Have analysed the basic conception and principle of ecology, economics, ecological economics. Have studied the out-of-balance behaviour of the system of ecological economy. According to the request of ' National Ecological Economy Environmental Construction Plan', have proposed preventing measures for ecological environment deterioration.
