摘要
西部大开发是我国在新世纪的一项重大举措。鉴于西部生态环境的脆弱性及生态建设与经济建设、社会发展具有很强的关联性,所以,要求我们必须摸清西部生态建设的优、劣势,做到有的放矢,少走弯路。文章对西部大开发中的生态建设问题进行了初步的考察,分析了西部生态环境的特点,西部生态建设的任务、比较优势及难点,在此基础上检讨了目前西部生态建设战略的误区,提出了改进的对策。
It is a great strategy of China to take the west development?The government decided to make the ecological construction as basis and turn on point of the west development. But we must be careful when we consider the environmental frangibility of the west China and the strong relation between its ecological construction and economical construction or social development. This paper deeply thinks about the ecological construction of the great development in the west. By way of thoroughly analyzing the characteristic of western ecological environment, the aim of ecological construction in the western, the comparison superiority and the difficult point, we point out the mistake areas of western ecological construction at present and made some suggestions to the unsuitable construction action on this foundation.
