摘要
循环流化床锅炉由于其高效、低污染、燃料适应性强等优点 ,在热电行业内得到广泛的应用。其燃烧系统是一个分布参数、非线性、实变、多变量紧密耦合的对象。通过建立包括燃烧系统和汽水系统在内的总体数学模型 ,对 1台 2 2 0t/h循环流化床锅炉的动态特性进行了仿真计算。仿真结果表明 ,燃烧系统耦合性强 ,给煤量和送风量对床层温度和蒸汽温度都有明显影响 ;滞后时间大 ,燃料加入后 ,经较长的时间才会影响到主汽温度和床层温度的变化。研究结果为循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统设计和优化提供基础 ,为从根本上解决循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统自动投入率低的问题创造条件。
In this paper,an overall dynamic mathematical model has been developed to predict the static and dynamic behaviour of CFB boiler .The model is composed of models of CFB combustion system and steam system.CFB boiler combustion system model can be divided into several sub models,including fluid dynamics,coal combustion,heat transfer,and so on.The overall model developed has been used to study the operating characteristics of a 220t/h CFB boiler,the dynamic characteristics with disturbances of operation parameters.And some conclusions about CFB boiler operation characteristics were arrived at.Simulating results show that the overall dynamic mathematical model can simulate all operating characteristics of CFB boiler rightly,and can be used as a powerful tool in the designing of CFB boiler and its control system.
