摘要
通过对循环流化床锅炉结构,工作过程及燃烧过程的研究,分析了其燃烧系统控制的特点以及目前的先进控制策略和传统的控制形式,着重介绍了先进控制策略与传统的控制形式相结合,在循环流化床锅炉两个强耦合变量主汽压与床温控制上的应用情况,提出了从循环运动机理和动态特性出发,进一步改善循环流化床锅炉的控制品质。
By researching the structure of circulating fluidized bed bo(?)ler, working process and combustion process, the paper analyzes the characteristic of its combustion system control, present advanced control strategy and traditional control form, and emphatically introduces the combination of advanced control strategy and traditional control form, which applies on the two strong coupling variation between main steam pressure and bed temperature in circulating fluidized bed boiler. The paper also puts forward the problem that is to initlate from circulating move mechanism and dynamic feature, and to make further improvement on the control quality of circulating fluidized bed boiler.
