摘要
针对循环流化床 (CFB)锅炉飞灰可燃物含量偏高的问题 ,通过建立单颗粒焦碳的质量和能量平衡方程 ,对 CFB锅炉燃烧室内细焦碳颗粒的燃尽特性进行了分析。模型计算结果发现 ,细焦碳颗粒的燃烧温度接近于燃烧室温度 ,燃烧室温度和氧气浓度是影响细焦碳颗粒燃尽的主要参数。氧气浓度的核 -环分布使细焦碳颗粒在稀相区中、上部很难燃尽。对难燃煤种 ,提高燃烧室温度有利于飞灰可燃物的降低。图 5参
The burn out characteristics of micro char particles are analyzed under the steady combus tion condition by the mass and energy balance equation. The micro char particle temperature is almost equal to the ambient temperature, bed temperature and oxygen fraction are the main parameters on the micro char particles burn out in CFB combustor. The core annular structure of the oxygen distribution in the dilute phase zone increases the burn out time of micro char particles.
