猫子宫传入神经的节段性分布 被引量:15

摘要 本研究采用12只猫,将3μg/μlCB—HRP 20μl注入其子宫的不同部位,光镜下观察酶标细胞,其结果如下:酶标细胞出现在T_(10)—C_(o2)脊神经节范围内,以L_3、4及S_2、3为最多。胸腰段与骶尾段酶标细胞数的比为6.4:1,猫子宫的感觉纤维主要是伴随交感神经进入脊髓。来自子宫体和颈部的酶标细胞数目多于子宫角上、下部,但子宫各部的传入纤维均进入T_(10)—C_(o2)的同侧脊神经节,未见有交叉到对侧的。酶标细胞以小型细胞为主,中型细胞次之,大型细胞最少。 The experiments were performed on 12 cats, 20ul of 3ug/ul CB-HRP were injected slowly into the cat's different parts of the uterus. The HRP-labeled cells were found in all the spinal ganglia from T_(10)-Co_2. They were highly concentrated in L_(3-4) and S_(2-3) The ratio of labeled cells in the thoracic and lumbar ganglia to the sacral and coccygeal ganglia were 6.4: 1. The afferent fibers of cat's uterus were accompanied mainly by sympathetic nerves. The majority of labeled cells was small, only a few were large. All of afferent fibers entered the same side and no crossed fibers were found.
