摘要
本研究应用CB—HRP法对支配鸡睾丸的初级交感传入神经元进行了定位,对这些神经元中枢突向中枢的投射进行了观察,结果表明:一侧睾丸受双侧交感传入神经元的支配。交感传入神经元位于双侧T_1-L_4脊神经节内,集中于T_5-T_7,高峰在T_6,其传人纤维由背根进入脊髓背外侧束,分为内、外侧纤维束。外侧纤维束粗大.沿背角外沿下行到V层,少量纤维向内到Terni氏柱;内侧纤维束细小,经背角中部到灰质背连合和Terni氏柱背侧部;两者主要终止于Ⅰ层、V层和Terni氏柱内。
The sympathetic primary afferent nerves of the testis of the male chicken were investigated by HRP methods. The results were as follows: The unilateral testis was innervated bilaterally by afferent neurons. The sympathetic primary afferent neurons were found in the spinal ganglia T_1-T_4, most of them located in T_5--T_7. The central processes of them were labelled in the segments T_1--L_3 of the spinal cord. These fibers, in the transvers plane, formed a cluster-shape within the dorsal lateral tract, then divided into medial and lateral parts. The lateral fiber bundle which was thicker and larger extended along the lateral margin of the dorsal horn to lamina V, then a smaller fiber bundle extended from lamina V to Terni's column. The medial one which was thinner and smaller crossed the middle part of the dorsal horn to the dorsal gray commissure and the dorsal part of the Terni's column. Both of them terminated in lamina I, Lamina V and Terni's column mainly.
