摘要
在手术显微镜下解剖了50例面瓣的血管。面动脉在下颌角前2.70cm处由颈部转到面部,迂曲上行于口角外侧1.68cm和鼻翼下缘外侧1.38cm;48％终于鼻尖到鼻根连线下半平面的外侧,只有26％到达内皆。对面动脉在面部分出的颏支、下唇和上唇动脉、与眶下动脉的吻合支、内(?)动脉、咬肌部支、颊支和颧支等的起源、行程、分布和吻合以及外径等进行了观察和测量。观察了面前静脉与面动脉的位置关系。对与鼻唇沟瓣、下唇瓣、上唇瓣、颧部面瓣有关的面动脉及其分支的应用解剖学进行了讨论。
The vessels of the facial flap were studied under operating microscope on fifty sides of adult oadaver. The results are as follows: 1. The course of the facial artery: The fcial artery appears on the face at the lower border of jaw 2.70cm in front of the angle of the mandible. It sinously passes upwards 1.68 cm and 1.38 cm apart from the angle of mouth and lower margin of the nasal ala respectively, the facial artery ends at the lateral side of the nose in 18%, and the medial canthus in 26%. 2. The origin, course, distribution, anastomosis and caliber of the branches of the facial artery were observed and measured. 3. The relations between the facial artery and the anterior facial vein were observed too. 4. The applied anatomy of the facial artery concerning the naso-labial furrow flap, the inferior labial and superior labial flaps. and the zygomatic flap was discussed.
