摘要
目的探讨鼻唇沟皮瓣修复口腔癌术后缺损的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析25例口腔癌术后缺损采用鼻唇沟皮瓣进行修复治疗。随访6月～3年。结果 25例全部存活。随访6个月～3年,口腔形态及功能恢复良好,无肿瘤复发或淋巴结转移。结论鼻唇沟皮瓣血供丰富,容易成活,手术难度不大,适用于口腔中小型缺损的修复。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of consecutive nasaolabial flap used for the reconstruction after resection of oral carcinoma. Methods 25 patients with defect of oral treated by nasaolabial flaps were reviewed retrospectively.The period of follow-up was from 6 month to3 years. Results 25 patients were survival.The period of follow-up was from 6 month to 3 years.In addition,there were no recurrence or lymph node metastasis. Conclusions The blood supply of nasolabial skin is very rich.The nasaolabial flap appears to be simple to use and useful for small and middle sized soft tissue defects of the oral and maxillofacial region.
