摘要
在60侧成人尸体的足部,对(足母)趾皮神经的来源、走行、横径及分布进行了应用解剖学研究.认为,(足母)趾的皮神经以趾底固有神经为主.在移植时重点吻合此神经,可获得较好的皮肤感觉功能.
The o.igins,courses,diameters and distributions of the cutaneous nerves of great toe were observed anatomically on 60 sides of adult cadavers.The result shows that the two proper plantar digital nerves are the chief cutaneous nerves of the great toe.It is suggested that the proper plantar digital nerves should be chosen firstly for anastomosis in transplantation to obtaining the better sensory function of the skin.
