摘要
本文提出一种以Fe(?)—联吡啶在丙(?)介质中分光光度法测定维生素的新方法。显色液λ(?)≈520nm,△(?)≈160mm,ε_250(?)≈1.41×10~4(高于常规的钼酸铵法)。在0~14μgml^(-1)范围内遵守Beer定律,显色快,操作十分简便。平均回收率为101.6%(92.5~110%)。此法用于测定维生素片剂和青椒的分析,能得到较满意的结果。
A new ,accurate and simple spectrophotometric mehtod for determination of vitamin C has been developed,the contrast Δλ is 160 nm,molar absorptivity ε520 is 1.4×104(higher than the ammonium molybdate method),obey Beer's law in the rang of 0-14μg ml-1. The method has been applied to vitamin C table and green capsicum samples ,and the results obtained are satisfactory.
