焙烧温度对杂原子B,A1-ZSM-5沸石催化反应性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以甲苯/乙醇烷基化反应为探针反应,考察了经不同温度焙烧的B,Al-ZSM-5沸石催化剂的催化反应性能。结合XRD、IR、TPD等物性表征手段,探讨了经不同温度焙烧后催化剂上硼的状态以及不同硼状态所表现的酸性对催化反应性能的影响。在较低温度下焙烧,骨架上有较多的四配位硼,形成较多的弱酸中心,不利于烷基化反应。在较高温度下,骨架上的硼以三配位形式存在,形成了较多的L酸中心,有利于烷基化反应。 The catalytic properties of synthesized B, A1-ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst calcined at different temperatures were studied by the probe reaction of alkylation of toluene with ethanol. Several characterization methods including XRD, IR, TPD etc were used to investigate the boron state over zeolite, the acid properties of different boron states, and the reactivities influenced y different acid properties. More four coordinated borons were formed at comparatively low temperature. It resulted in more weak acid. The formed weak acid centers are not beneficial to the alkylation reaction. The threecoordinated boron were obtained at comparatively high temperature. It resulted in the formation of L acid of relatively high strength. The alkylation reaction benefits from this kind of acid centers.
