摘要
研究了 ZSM-5分子筛催化剂上苯 /乙烯烷基化制乙苯反应体系的结焦失活历程。结果表明 ,失活历程经历高水平活性稳定期、活性衰退期和低水平活性稳定期 3个阶段。通过考察失活催化剂的孔结构及酸性质 ,分析了失活机理 ,认为采用降低强酸活性位和晶粒表面活性位这两种手段来改性催化剂 。
The coking and deactivation process of benzene and ethylene alkylation reaction over ZSM 5 zeolite was studied. The results indicated that accelerated deactivation process went through three periods, i.e., high level activity stable period, activity decline period and low level activity stable period. The mechanism was deducced from experimental characterization of pore structure and acid strengh and quality of coked zeolite catalyst. To improve the activity stability of ZSM 5 zeolite, it is recognized that the reduction of the strong acid active centers can be used as an effective means.
