摘要
在Φ16mm陶瓷管固定床反应器中考察了甲醇脱氢制甲醛反应中Na2CO3催化剂的寿命和稳定性。结果表明,Na2CO3催化剂部分失活原因是烧结和积炭,XRD表明反应后催化剂粒径有所增大。用空气氧化法和水蒸汽都可消除积炭使Na2CO3催化剂再生。再生后的碳酸钠催化活性较新鲜催化剂略有降低,但其催化活性也能在55h内保持稳定。
The llfe and stability of the sodium carbonate catalyst during the methanol dehydrogenation reaction was studied in a fixed bed Ф16mm ceramic tube reactor. Results showed that the sodium carbonate catalyst deactivated appreciably. XRD demonstrated that the diameter of the catalyst granule augmented a little. After air and steam oxidation removing carbon deposition, the activity of the catalyst decreased slightly, but remained constant within 55 hours.
