摘要
本文研究了Na_2SO_4对柴油碱精制过程中油水乳化物沉降分离速率的影响,在实验基础上提出了柴油碱精制与环烷酸回收的联合工艺流程,大大地加快油水两相沉降分离的速率,消除了含Na_2SO_4酸性废水对环境的污染,还可以回收工业硫酸钠。
This article mainly studies the influence of Na_2SO_4 on the rate of oil-water two-phase sedimenta- tion separation during the diesel fuel alkali treating process. On the basis of the experiments, the combi- nation process of the diesel fuel alkali treating and naphathenic acid recovery is proposed. The process greatly accelerates the rate of two-phase sedimentation separation during the diesel fuel alkali treating and eliminates the environment pollution of the Na_2SO_4 containing acid waste water.
