摘要
粗环烷酸通过减压蒸馏切割为前馏分、中馏分及残留3部分,其中中馏分可直接作为精制环烷酸产品,富含中性油的前馏分则通过皂化萃取脱油工艺进行精制,制取纯度较高的精制酸。试验考察了各工艺参数对产品质量的影响。结果表明,前馏分的切割点随真空度的增加而降低。在真空度为0.085MPa、切割点控制在前馏分收率为35%时,将前馏分用过量5%,含量为12%的氢氧化钠在常温条件下皂化后,在乙醇与前馏分质量比为0.4,萃取剂与皂化物质量比为1.2的条件下萃取,所得环烷酸产品的环烷酸质量分数为95.4%,粗酸值为244.5mgKOH/g,可满足生产要求。
Raw naphthenic acid was separated to front, middle and residual fractions by vacuum distillation. The middle fraction could reach the refined product without further processing; the front fraction containing enriched neutral oil was treated via saponification followed by extraction for deoiling. The effect of process parameter on product quality was investigated in the laboratory. The result showed that the cut point of the front fraction was lowered with the increase of the vacuum degree, the cut point of the front fraction was controlled at its yield reached 35% under a vacuum of 0. 085 MPa. The front fraction was saponified with 5% alkali liquor of 12% sodium hydroxide. At an extraction condition of alcohol/front-fraction of 0. 4 and extractant/ saponifier of 1. 2, the naphthenic acid content of the product was 95. 4 wt% with a product acid number of 244. 5mgKOH/g, which met the production requirement.
