摘要
通过采用脱油酸化处理柴油碱渣的方法 ,可直接得到符合二级品指标的精制环烷酸 ,同时 ,还可得到副产品可作为柴油馏分的中性油以及芒硝。含Na2 SO4 废水可配制成w (NaOH) 3%的柴油碱洗液 ,达到了回收过程的绿色环保 ,保证了废液、废渣的零排放 。
In this paper, alkali waste water of diesel oil alkali wash was treated by oil removing and acidification, the second grade naphthenic acid was obtained. The by-products in this process also were obtained, which were used as neutral oil of diesel distillate and the mirabilite. and waste sodium sulfate solvent was made into 3 % NaOH solvent. This process was green and would not let off waste liquid and waste slag.
