摘要
本文在选择典型分子并对其测定校正因子和切片分类后,实现了用高效液相色谱法对掺有渣油的催化裂化原料中的芳烃类别的测定。在此基础上,提出了以饱和烃、一环芳烃和二环芳烃为其组成的理想催化裂化组分的概念。将原料油中理想催化裂化组分的数量与一重油催化裂化工业装置的收率数据相关联,发现催化裂化装置的液化气、汽油和柴油的收率,在催化剂和操作条件相对稳定的情况下,与催化裂化原料油中饱和烃的数量和不同芳烃的组成有一定的关系。
Analyses of aromatics in RFCC feedstocks have been carried out by HPLC with the selection of calibration factor and determination of typical compounds. A concept of FCC ideal feed components consisting of saturates, mono and dicyclic aromatic is then suggested. The content of FCC ideal feed components is correlated with the product distribution for a commercial RFCCU showing that there are certain relationships between the yields of LPG,gasoline and LCO and the saturates,aromatics composi- tion of the feedstock when the catalyst and operating condition are kept re latively unchanged.
