摘要
加工重油时实行催化裂化,可将重质油转化成高质量的汽油,提高汽油的产率。然而重质油品中往往含有钒、镍、钠、钾、铁、铜等微量金属。这些金属在催化过程中产生极不良的影响:1.能沉积在裂化催化剂的表面上,降低催化剂的活性和选择性;2.影响分子筛的结构和稳定性;3.钠、钾是一种低熔点的助熔剂,当催化剂在高温再生时,钠钾能破坏孔结构,中和活性中心。
This paper refers to an analysis method of determination of micro metals in heavy oil cracking (HOC) feeds by AAS. In HOC micro metals V, Ni, Na, K, Fe and Cu in feeds build up on surface of FCC equilibrium catalyst, act as catalyst poisons and can reduce catalystic activity and selectivity. It is very essential to monitory the changing trends of these contaninant metals during the processing. This method can be applied to determine levels of these metals in verious feeds such as heavy oil, VGO, residual oil and mixed feed with good accuracy and sensitivity.
