Determination of iron , copper , nickel and vanadium in catalytic cracking raw oil by microwave digestion atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 采用微波消解技术处理催化裂化原料油,制备水相样品溶液,用原子吸收光谱法测定样品中的铁、铜、镍、钒。试验采用加镧抑制剂的方法消除了测定过程中共存元素的干扰。各元素的回收率均在96%~105%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%。 The catalytic cracking raw oil was treated with microwave digestion process to be dissolved in water solution.And iron,copper,nickel and Vanadium in the solution were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The interference of coexisting elements was measured and then eliminated by the addition of lanthanum-based inhibitor.The results of a precision experiment showed that the recovery of various element was 96%~105% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 5%.
