摘要
现代医学的循证方法强调共性而不排斥个性,中医学的辨证方法突出个性,在共性方面应向循证医学借鉴:如在证型、治则、专方、对症、联合治疗以及微观辨证等方面作出综合评价,以促进中医学的发展。
The evidence-based method of modern medicine emphasizes generality but not repels individuality. The syndrome differentiation method of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) emphasizes individuality. So TCM should learn from the evidence-based medicine such as making a synthetic assessment in classification, treatment principle special prescription suiting the medicine the case, combined therapy and microcosmic syndrome differentiation in order to accelerate TCM developments.
