摘要
目的研究消积饮治疗肿瘤的作用机制。方法对比中药消积饮和替加氟对小鼠lewis肺癌细胞凋亡及survivin表达的影响。结果中药组方组和替加氟组小鼠皮下肿瘤平均质量均比生理盐水组小,有显著性差异(P均<0.01);中药组方组和替加氟组的抑瘤率均大于30%;中药组方组与替加氟组的抑瘤率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。生理盐水组ISEL阳性细胞率显著高于消积饮组和替加氟组(P均<0.01),而替加氟组与中药组方组的阳性率则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论中药组方能有效下调小鼠lewis肺癌细胞survivin表达,诱导细胞凋亡,从而起到抑癌、抗癌作用。
Objective It is to study the mechanism of action of Xiaojiyin in the treatment of tumor. Methods Compared the effect of Xiaojiyin and Tegafur in treating the apoptosis of lewis lung carcinoma and the expression of survivin in the mice that detected by the method of apoptosis in situ end labeling (ISEL) and immunohistochemical. Results The mean quality of tumor in either of Chinese medicinal formulae group and Tegafur group was light than the normal saline group, and there was significant deviation between them (P 〈 0.01 ). The tumor control rate both of Chinese medicinal formulae group and Tegafur group were higher than 30 %, and there were no significant deviation between them ( P 〉0.05 ). The ISEL positive rate of the normal saline group were significantly higher than the other groups( P〈 0.01 ), and there were no significant deviation between the Chinese medicinal formulae group and the Tegafur group (P 〉0.05 ). Conclusion Xiaojiyin can down regulation the expression of surviving of lewis lung carcinoma cell effectually, induce apoptosis, exert an effect on anticancer.
