摘要
随着现代乳腺癌诊疗技术的发展,尤其是影像学、分子生物学、基因学等的快速发展,以往只基于宏观的望、闻、问、切四诊来获得信息的辨证方法的局限性已越加明显,而微观辨证则较好地为我们克服了这种局限性。宏观与微观相结合的辨证论治方法是未来中医药治疗乳腺癌的必然方向。通过文献复习,总结近年来乳腺癌微观辨证研究成果,并探讨行之有效的微观辨证研究方法,摸索乳腺癌微观辨证的规律,为乳腺癌宏观与微观相结合的辨证论治道路打下基础。
With the development of modern breast cancer diagnosis and treatment technology,especially the rapid development of the iconography,molecular biology,genetics,the traditional syndrome differentiation based on inspection,inquiry,palpation,auscultation and olfaction of obtaining information has shown its limitations more obviously.However,the microcosmic syndrome differentiation has helped us to overcome the limitations.The combination of macro and micro treatment based on syndrome differentiation is the inevitable direction to the future of traditional Chinese medical treatment to breast cancer.So we have been trying to find out the regulation microscopic syndrome differentiation of the breast cancer by studying the literature research,summarizing the micro differentiation of symptoms and signs of breast cancer research in recent years,and exploring effective microscopic dialectical methods.We hope our work will lay the foundation of macro and micro for breast cancer combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment.
