摘要
运用XRD、BET和SEM方法,研究了ZnO、BaO对催化剂CuO/γ-Al_2O_3耐热性能的影响。研究表明ZnO和BaO在一定程度上提高了CBO/γ-Al_2O_3的耐热性。 ZnO与γ-Al_2O_3形成的ZnAl_2O_4,抑制了载体的热收缩,阻止了CuO与γ-Al_2O_3的固相反应;而BaO的作用是提高CuO的分散度,抑制了CuO的烧结。
The effect of ZnO and BaO additives on the thermal stability of CuO/γ-Al_2O_3 catalyst was studied, using XRD, BET and SEM. The results indicated that ZnO and BaO could improve the thermal stability of the catalyst to some extent.
ZnAl_2O_4 produced from ZnO with γ-Al_2O_3 prevented the solid-reaction of CuO with the carrier γ-Al_2O_3 and inhibited the heat-shrink of the carrier, while BaO dispersed the actire component CuO, and suppressed the sintering of CuO.
