摘要
采用程序升温还原技术研究Pd-Cu/Al_2O_3双金属及其单金属催化剂的还原特性以及热处理气氛和温度对Pd-Cu/Al_2O_3双金属催化剂还原性能的影响。发现不同金属负载量的Pd/Al_2O_3和Cu/Al_2O_3催化剂的还原性能有明显的差异,Pd-Cu/Al_2O_3催化剂的TPR峰形和峰位与相应的单金属催化剂的TPR曲线亦有明显的差异,其还原峰位发生位移。同时还发现热处理气氛对Pd-Cu/Al_2O_3催化剂的还原性能有明显的影响。讨论了负载于Al_2O_3载体上的Pd-Cu双金属及其单金属催化剂在还原过程中金属与载体、金属与金属间的相互作用以及热处理条件对其还原性能的影响。
The reducibility of the Al_2O_3-supported Pd-Cu bimetallic and the individual mono-metallic catalysts and the effect of thermal treatment on the reducibility of Pd-Cu supported Al_2O_3 have been investigated with the temperature-programmed reduction (TPR)technique. It is found that different TPR profiles are produced with different metal contents. And there is obvious difference between the TPR profiles of Al_2O_3-supported Pd-Cu bimetallic and the mono-metallic catalysts. Displacement in reduction peaks is also observed.The results showed that the reducibility of Pd-Cu supported on Al_2O_3 is affected by variation inthe thermal treatment of gases.
