摘要
目的 观察声频共振加耳舒合剂综合治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法 146例慢性分泌性中耳炎病人,随机抽取102例为声频共振加耳舒合剂治疗组,44例为对照组。结果 总有效率治疗组98.04％,对照组88.64％,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 声频共振配合口服耳舒合剂治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎较单纯服药疗效佳。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of a therapy combined acoustic frequency resonance with Ershu Mixture (EM) on chronic secretary otitis media (CSOM). Methods 146 patients with CSOM were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 102 cases in treating group treated by the combining therapy and 44 cases in controlling one treated only with EM. Results The total effective rate was 98. 04% for cases in treating group and 88. 64% for those in controlling group, with a very significant difference between them (P<0. 05). Conclusion This combining therapy holds a significantly superior therapeutic effect on CSOM than that only with EM taken.
