摘要
以deoxynivalenol(DON),3-acetyldeoxy-nivalenol(3A-DON),dihydroxycalonectrin(DHCAL),calonectrin(CAL),butenolide(BUT)等5种禾谷镰刀菌毒素和T-2毒素的纯品作标准,用薄层色谱分析方法,定性定量分析了病圃赤霉病粒、米饭和麦粒培养物提取液中的毒素成份。明确江苏4个禾谷镰刀菌菌株可产生DON和3A-DON2种已知毒素和其它11种未知毒素,DON为主要毒素成份。 禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum)是引致小麦亦霉病的优势种。人畜误食赤霉病麦会引起急性或慢性中毒反应。八十年代以来,日本。
Toxic substances in the extractions of diseased wheat grains from a Fusa-rium head blight nursery and of cultures on rice and wheat media were qualitatively and quantitatively analysed through thin-layer chromatography, with 5 kinds of pure Fusarium toxins, i. e. DON, 3A-DON, DH CAL,BUT, and pure T-2 toxin as criteria. It was cleared up that Fusarium graminea-rum from Jiangsu could produce DON and 3A-DON and that DON was the main toxic substance.
