摘要
作者采用体外抗血小板聚集活性测试方法,筛选追踪分离了中药关白附(Aconitum corcanum(Levl.)Rapacics)块根中的活性成分。经理化方法和波谱分析,鉴定了8个化合物的结构。其中反式对羟基桂皮酸、阿魏酸和3-(4’-β-D-吡喃型葡萄糖氧基)苯基-2-丙烯酸首次从乌头属植物(Aconitum)中分离得到。上述3个化合物及关附壬素、关附辛素对体外ADP诱导引起的血小板聚集作用有明显的抑制活性,可能是中药关白附中主要活血化瘀有效成分。
Utilizing the method of anti-blood platelet aggregation, eight compounds were isolated from the root of Aconitum coreanum (Levl.) Raipaics and identified on the basis of Chemical evidences and spectral analysis. Among them,trans-p-hydroxy cinnamic acid(Ⅸ), ferulic acid(Ⅷ)and 3-(4'-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-phenyl-2-propenoic acid(ⅩⅣ) were isolated form Aconitum spp. for the first time, In vitro tests showed that the above compounds, Guan-fu base H and Guan-fu base Y have strong inhibitive activity on ADP-induced blood platelet aggregation, which indieates that maybe they are the bloodactivating principles of the root of Aconitum coreanum.
